1. Data Controller

2. What data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we process the following categories of data:
- Contact data: name, email address, professional role, city and any information you voluntarily provide via the site forms (contact, demo request, newsletter).
- Account data: email and display name, provided via Google or email/password registration when accessing the application.
- Uploaded content: the property photos you upload to the application and the projects generated.
- Usage and technical data: pages visited, interactions, device and browser type — collected, only with your consent, via analytics tools (see Cookie Policy).
We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR). Please do not upload photos depicting identifiable people or sensitive data.

4. How long we keep data
- Contact requests: up to 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
- Account data and projects: for the lifetime of the account; deleted on request or within 12 months of closure.
- Newsletter subscription: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).
- Analytics data: per the providers' retention periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers acting as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR) to deliver the service:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) — authentication, database and project storage.
- Formspree, Inc. — handling the submission of the site forms.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 via Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity) — usage statistics, only with consent.
- AI model providers used to process uploaded images, solely to generate the requested output.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based or have infrastructure outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the United States). In such cases, transfers rely on adequate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies (necessary, always on) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time from the banner or by clicking here. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
As a data subject you may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR:
- Access to your data and a copy of it;
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Restriction of processing;
- Portability of data in a structured format;
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
